Welcome to Cascade. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Cascade

Cascade helps you block distracting apps and build focus using Apple's Screen Time framework. You're responsible for how you configure blocking and for keeping your device secure. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts

Some features (like friends and leaderboards) require an account. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its protections, or use it to harm others.

Subscriptions & payments

Intellectual property

Cascade, its name, logo, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

Disclaimers

Cascade is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time framework functioning on your device. Cascade is a productivity tool, not a medical or clinical treatment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll revise the effective date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
