Break the scroll.
Rebuild your focus.

Cascade blocks the apps you keep opening on autopilot. When the urge to check hits, it helps you ride it out instead of just forcing a "no." Little by little, you stop reaching for the hit at all.

Why this is so hard

The scroll is designed to win.

Feeds are engineered to be endless, and your brain learns to reach for them on autopilot. It isn't a willpower problem, it's a design problem. Cascade puts the design back on your side.

How it works

Getting your focus back, in three steps.

It's less about willpower and more about making the good choice the easy one.

1

Choose a mode & your apps

Zen gives you a gentle nudge, Hardcore adds real friction, and Vault locks apps away for good. Start with whatever keeps pulling you back.

2

Focus, and let the urge pass

Start a session and watch the sun climb over the mountain as your streak grows. When a craving shows up, a short guided meditation helps you sit with it until it fades.

3

Become someone new

Every session adds up to longer streaks and a clearer sense of who you're becoming. Rewire keeps that person in view: someone who doesn't need the dopamine.

Zen · ease in

Block the noise. Watch the sun rise.

Pick your apps and how long you want to focus. The longer you stay with it, the higher the sun climbs over the mountain, a quiet picture of your progress. Want to stop early? That's fine, no guilt.

Free foreverThe easiest way to start. No commitment, no account.
Hardcore · commit harder

Make quitting a real decision.

Block with a limited number of unlock passes. Every time you cave, you spend one, so that easy dopamine hit finally costs you something. Made for the apps you genuinely can't put down.

Limited unlock passesSpend one to peek, or run out and stay locked.
Vault · no escape

Lock it in. No way out.

You get a set number of passes each week. Once the vault closes, nothing opens it before the timer runs out. Not even you. It's built for the moments your willpower isn't.

🔒Zero unlocksSet it and it holds until time's up. No exceptions.
Meditation · ride the urge

Meet the craving with calm.

The moment you reach for a blocked app, Cascade opens a calm, cinematic scene and stays with you: breathe, watch the urge peak, let it pass. Most are gone in under 90 seconds.

Guided breathing & urge surfingA slow audio pace that helps your body settle.
Rewire · become someone new

Every session is a vote.

Before you start, set who you're becoming and why. Afterward, take a moment to reflect. Bit by bit, those small choices become the person you actually are.

Identity & intentions"I'm becoming someone who protects their focus."
Why it works

Built around how habits actually break.

Every autopilot check runs the same loop: a trigger, a craving, the scroll, a hit of relief. Cascade steps into that loop at each point, so the pattern slowly loses its grip.

Break the trigger

The moment you open a blocked app on autopilot, Cascade catches you with a calm pause instead of the feed, enough of a gap to choose on purpose.

Ride the urge out

Cravings rise like a wave and fall on their own, usually within a minute or two. A short guided breath helps you sit with it until it passes, instead of feeding it.

Rewire the identity

Every session you finish is one small vote for the person you're becoming. Over time it's those votes, not raw willpower, that make the new habit stick.

Backed by independent research

Cascade's approach leans on well-established attention and habit research. These are independent studies, not our own.

Widgets & Live Activities

Your streak, today's focus and a live countdown, right on your Home Screen, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

Routines on autopilot

Schedule blocking to start on its own every morning, through work hours, or at bedtime. Set it once and forget it.

Friends & leaderboard

Add friends, compare focus time, and see who's in a session right now. It's a lot harder to slack off when someone's watching.

22 languages

Cascade speaks your language. Fully localized, so it feels made for you wherever you are.

Per-app precision

Block exactly what pulls you in, whether that's a few specific apps or whole categories. Nothing you didn't ask for.

No downside

Blocking apps, without the fear.

Nothing gets deleted

Your apps are only paused. Every account, chat and photo is exactly where you left it the moment a session ends.

Calls & messages still work

Cascade only blocks the apps you choose. The essentials, calls, texts, maps, your alarm, keep working normally.

You set the rules

Choose the apps, the limits, the passes and the schedule, from a gentle nudge to a hard lock. Change them whenever you want.

Private by design

It all runs on-device through Apple Screen Time. Your app list and focus data never leave your phone.

Why not just Screen Time?

Cascade picks up where the settings give up.

iOS Screen Time can set limits, but a single tap gets past them. Cascade adds the friction, the calm and the momentum that actually change the habit.

Questions

Everything you might be wondering.

Can I really not unlock Vault mode early?

That's the whole point. In Vault mode, the apps you pick stay sealed for the full session. No snooze, no "just five more minutes." If you'd rather have an easier way out, Zen only nudges you and Hardcore gives you a limited number of passes.

Is my data private?

Yes. Blocking runs on-device with Apple's Screen Time framework, and your focus data stays yours. Cascade is built so your blocked-app choices never leave your phone.

How does the free trial work?

The Yearly plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel any time before it ends, and you can manage it straight from your Apple ID subscriptions.

Does it keep working when the app is closed?

Absolutely. Blocking and scheduled routines run in the background through Screen Time. Widgets, Live Activities and the Dynamic Island keep your streak and countdown visible without opening the app.

What languages is Cascade available in?

22, fully localized, including English, Türkçe, Español, Deutsch, Français, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, العربية and many more.

Can I block specific apps or whole categories?

Both. Pick out individual apps, or block whole categories at once. Whatever works for you.

Why we built Cascade

We don't think you're weak. The apps are just very, very good at pulling you back, and "try harder" was never going to win that fight alone.

So Cascade isn't about punishment or guilt. Miss a day? The sun still rises tomorrow. It's about making the calmer choice the easy one, one session at a time.

No shame, no dark patterns, no selling your data, just a quieter phone and a little more of your attention back.

You only get so much attention. Spend it on what matters.
